The CD54 antigen, previously known as ICAM-1 (InterCellular Adhesion Molecule-1), is a 90 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein. It binds to the integrins LFA-1 (CD11a/CD18) and Mac-1 (CD11b/CD18).
