CD207 (Langerin) is an antigen described as selectively expressed by Langerhans cells (LC), a subset of immature dendritic cells (DC) formed in epidermis and mucosa. Langerin is a 40 kDa glycoprotein predominantly N-glycosylated which contains no disulfide bond.
