Lysing Matrix A
Lysing Matrix A consists of garnet matrix and one 1/4" ceramic sphere. Extra 1/4" ceramic spheres are available separately. Lysing Matrix A is used for all sample types, except soil, for the subsequent isolation of genomic DNA, proteins etc.
Key Applications – nucleic acid (DNA and RNA), protein or small molecule isolation, extraction and purification within genomics, proteomics, microbiome studies, metabolite extraction, homogenization.
