Wizard SV 96 Binding Plates brukes med Wizard SV 96 Plasmid DNA Purification System (Cat.# A2250, A2255), Wizard SV 96 Genomic DNA Purification System (Cat.# A2370, A2371) og Wizard SV 96 PCR Clean-Up System (Cat.# A9340, A9341, A9342) for å isolere DNA, eller med SV 96 Total RNA Isolation System (Cat.# Z3500, Z3505) for å isolere RNA. Isolasjonsprosedyrene kan utføres manuelt eller på en robotplattform. Binding Plates er designet for bruk med Vac-Man 96 Vacuum Manifold (Cat.# A2291) eller en sammenlignbar manifold.
