Lysis Buffer

Components of the Wizard Magnetic DNA Purification System for Food, which is intended for isolating genomic DNA from a variety of food samples including: corn seeds, corn meal, soy beans, soy flour, soy milk, corn oil, soybean oil, canola oil, etc.

Lysis Buffer is designed to work with the other components of the DNA IQ System (Cat.# DC6700 and DC6701) to purify DNA from blood, blood stains, buccal swabs and a variety of other sample types. Lysis Buffer also is designed to work with the other components of the MagneSil Genomic, Fixed Tissue System (Cat.# MD1490) to purify genomic DNA from 10 micron thin sections of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue and MagneSil Blood Genomic, Max Yield System (Cat.# MD1360) to purify greater than or equal to 4microg of genomic DNA from 200microl of human blood using a Beckman Coulter Biomek FX Liquid Handling Workstation.
